The fee on a payment is set by the plan of the person paying, and Stripe's card-processing cost is included. At checkout, the supporter chooses to add the fee on top or take it from the payment.
Example at the Taffy Free rate: on a $10.00 tip, the supporter pays $11.31 and you get $10.00, or the supporter pays $10.00 and you get $8.69.
